PET Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets Per Home
  • No Weight Limit
  • One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee – $300 Per Pet
  • Pet Deposit (Refundable) – $300 Per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent – $20 Per Pet


Breed Restrictions: The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted:​ Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.


*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
